New Delhi: Enterprise software company Hyland has appointed Kumaran Sasikanthan as Managing Director, India and Senior Vice President of Engineering.
In his new leadership role, Kumaran Sasikanthan will drive the company’s growth across India while also advancing its global engineering strategy.
With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise engineering and leadership, Kumaran Sasikanthan is a seasoned enterprise software executive known for scaling global engineering organizations.
In this dual role, Kumaran Sasikanthan will play a strategic leadership role in accelerating the company’s growth across its India operations while leading the company’s global engineering teams for OnBase and Perceptive Content.
The appointment of Kumaran Sasikanthan underscores the company’s continued investment in India as a key hub for innovation, engineering scale, and global collaboration.

Kumaran Sasikanthan: Strengthening Engineering Culture and Leadership Capability at Scale
Prior to joining the company, Kumaran Sasikanthan served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at Informatica. In that role, Kumaran Sasikanthan played a key role in strengthening distributed engineering teams and expanding engineering leadership across India.
As part of the company’s executive leadership team, Sasikanthan will support the continued growth and maturity of the company’s India operations, particularly in Kolkata and Hyderabad.
His responsibilities will include attracting, developing, and retaining top technical talent to support future expansion, strengthening engineering culture and leadership capability at scale, and advancing Hyland’s global engineering strategy and execution.
